Here is the real American hero, GI Morphy! This WWII infantry outfit contains a backpack, belt with two pouches, suspenders, shirt, pants, helmet, spats and boots. Buckles were simplified and the belt is simply a hook and eye attachment. I imagine the spat's laces may be too detailed for modeling so maybe that can be a texture instead?
